SHIATSU ❍ CIRCLE
I am happy to invite you to my new Shiatsu Circle, born out of the desire to bring this beautiful healing practice into the lives of many, so that it becomes a common household tool for pain, stress, and conflict relief.
Upon arrival, we welcome each other in a sharing circle and open our heart to guidance with meditation and prayer. After we warm with a soft yoga practice, i will guide from the centre a shiatsu treatment exchange, based on the theme of that circle. We close and integrate with sharing and savasana.
